This Australian, Southern hemisphere extra virgin olive oil is a great addition to any olive oil tasting bar collection. While this single origin olive oil varies with the season, it maintains a very well balanced tasting profile of fruitiness, bitterness, and pungency. A blend of Australian Arbequina and Picual olives, this oil is moderately complex. A very fresh taste pleasing to the palate that finishes with a lingering peppery sensation. Great as an all purpose olive oil and very universal in the kitchen.
