This Australian EVOO is a great addition to any kitchen! It has a well balanced tasting profile of fruitiness, bitterness, and pungency. A blend of Australian Arbequina and Picual olives, this oil is moderately complex. A fresh taste that finishes with a peppery sensation. Great as an all purpose EVOO and universal in the kitchen.
